NuSep Rapid Stain is a rapid ready-to-use Coomassie blue stain. It stains proteins in 20 minutes with maximum sensitivity after 1 hour. De-staining is also simple and requires 6% acetic acid. The combination of Perchloric acid and Coomassie G-250 delivers an extremely fast and reliable stain.
