Description:
The The FastBACK 5X Stripping Buffer is designed specifically to gently remove primary and secondary antibodies bound to protein, which have been transferred onto nitrocellulose or PVDF membrane. When the antibodies are removed, the different proteins on the blot may be detected using a second set of specific probes.
