Labpro Scientific is committed to remaining competitive on a comprehensive range of quality products from trusted brands. Our Purchase With Confidence Guarantee means that we will make every effort to match genuine advertised prices from local competitors on the same stocked item.
What’s Included:
- Customers are asked to present proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product at the time of ordering (prior to purchase).
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate sale;
- Pricing to be matched must include all additional delivery, installation or other applicable charges
What’s Excluded:
Labpro Scientific will not match a competitor’s price if:
- It is below our cost price
- The product is ex-demonstration, a discontinued line, clearance or indent item, or is not in stock with the competitor at the time of the request to price match
- Is being sourced from an international online website
We will gladly review all price-match requests for any genuine price offered by a competitor on a like-for-like product, however, in some circumstances, a price match may not be possible and is not guaranteed.
